Alter SYS table

Hello,

I need to alter a record in one of the SYS tables, but I do not have the SYS login creds. I have SYSTEM but I only have select with SYSTEM and I am not allowed to assign it more rights. I also try to change the password for SYS but I am not authorized. Any ideas?
